We decided to check out early the next morning because my husband didn’t sleep well without pillow because of bulging disc in neck. ![]() Thankful the manager was able to find the reservation and correct it but on top of all this we left a therapeutic pillow in the first room and realized it that evening as we were in the second room and called security about it and they claim it might have been left on house keeper cart. The clerk who said she was not there was the one who checked us out of the wrong room and told us we didn’t have a reservation and would have to leave. We decided to wait until the lobby cleared out some and came back to discover that the manager was working the other end of counter the entire time. The front desk lady was very rude and uncaring so we ask for a manager to which we were told was not there. We were checked out of both rooms and were basically told we didn’t have a reservation for the other room that we had already moved into. ![]() We decided to extend our stay but would have to move to another room, which was fine. Very bad experience we arrived late 2/23 for 2 nights and was put in a good room.
